Not at all! Many students join solo, and it’s actually a great way to learn. We rotate partners throughout class, so you’ll dance with different people and build confidence quickly. It’s also a fantastic way to meet new friends in the community.
Welcome! Complete beginners start with Level 1 classes, which are specifically designed for new dancers. You’ll learn at a comfortable pace with others who are also just starting out. After one or two 8-week cycles, many students feel ready to progress to Level 2, though you’re always welcome to repeat any level to build confidence.
Keep it comfortable! Regular workout clothes or casual attire that allows easy movement is perfect. For footwear, choose shoes with smooth soles that let you pivot easily—dance shoes, leather-soled shoes, or lightweight flats work great. Avoid rubber-soled sneakers with heavy treads. Heels are optional but should feel stable and secure.
We use two nearby venues (just a 5-minute walk apart) to offer multiple class levels at convenient times. Here’s our schedule:
Cultural Centre Studio Room:
Royal Canadian Legion Branch 120:
Your confirmation email will specify your exact location and time. Our team is always on-site to help if you’re taking multiple classes or need directions between venues.
We offer 4-, 8-, and 16-week passes so you can choose what fits your schedule and budget. Each pass gives you one class per week. The best part? You can switch between class levels or even locations (Georgetown, Milton, or Guelph) as space allows. We want dancing to fit seamlessly into your life!

After two decades of building Guelph’s premier Latin dance community, Georgetown became one of our first expansion locations when we launched here in August 2024. Now over a year strong, our Georgetown program has grown into a thriving dance community that brings together people from across Halton Hills every Monday evening.
From Guelph’s Foundation to Georgetown’s Growth
Our story began in 2002 with grassroots socials in downtown Guelph—Latin Fiesta nights at the E-bar, summer Salsa in the Park gatherings, and the annual Flying Dance Festival. These adult dancing events grew into a comprehensive dance education program that’s taught thousands to find their rhythm. Georgetown and Milton were our first bold steps outside Guelph in 2024, and the response has been incredible. We now operate across two venues in Georgetown: the Cultural Centre at 9 Church Street and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 120.
Your Dance Journey Starts Here
