Weekly group lessons in Salsa, Bachata & West Coast Swing (WCS) on Monday and Tuesday evenings, and Sunday afternoons.
We focus on the foundations of these dances, which take two sessions to complete; levels 1 & 2. Each session is 8 weeks long
Salsa Dancing can be a great way to help with weight loss. The quick fast movements can get your heart racing, and can on average burns off 420 + calories in an hour.
Always remember to drink lots of water when dancing. Let’s Dance!
