Failure to notify us of any errors within 24 hours, or not informing us at all, may lead to the delivery of a FAULTY product. Please be advised that all information regarding delivery times is suggestive and subject to change. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held accountable if the order does not arrive as expected.
Modifications to an order can be made under the following conditions:
Within 24 hours after order placement, for any reason. Changes can be requested by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We highly recommend contacting us through email or via social media platforms such as Facebook Messenger or Instagram, due to high traffic on our phone lines. If your initial contact attempt is unsuccessful, please don’t hesitate to send us another email or direct message.
For any changes in the order details, customers are required to provide either the order number received in the confirmation email or the email address used during the order process.
The cancellation of an order can be done in the following instances:
Within 24 hours of order placement for any reason. Cancellation requests can be communicated via email at email@example.com. As our phone lines are often occupied, we recommend reaching us through email or our social media platforms, including Facebook Messenger and Instagram. In the event of unsuccessful communication attempts, please resend an email or direct message.
If an order remains undelivered within 30 days of payment receipt, customers are entitled to cancel the order. For Alaska and Hawaii residents, the period extends to 40 days post-payment receipt.
In the event of receiving defective products, customers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of product receipt.
For both cancellations and revisions, the original date of the email sent or message received is used to establish the validity period.
Customers are entitled to submit a claim in the following scenarios:
• In the event that the delivered product is defective or damaged, either due to issues in the printing process or due to mishandling by the postal service. Customers may then request a refund or reprint of the order within 14 days following receipt of the product. It is incumbent on the customer to provide a reasonable explanation for the claim, accompanied by photographic proof of the damaged or defective goods.
• If a claim is approved, customers will be offered a free-of-charge reprint of the damaged or defective book. The reprint will be processed and shipped as promptly as possible, using the same shipping method as the original order.
At FD Community, our aim is to deliver high-quality, personalized books to each of our customers. Refunds for defective and damaged books are granted under special circumstances and are at the discretion of the Seller, not necessarily subject to customer preference.
Please note that partial refunds are not available at any time. The Seller can only refund the shipping costs or the full amount of the package.
Once a claim has been validated, a refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original order. Please allow 10-14 working days for processing, though this period may be extended during peak seasons.
In the case of a refund, shipping costs will not be included. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the package was not received within the stipulated time frame, depending on the delivery option chosen during order placement.
Should a customer discover a self-made error in their order post-delivery, FD Community does not offer free reprints or refunds.
If an error was made unintentionally by FD Community during the book creation process, a free reprint will be issued for the customer. However, a refund is not an option in this case.
We regularly share discount codes on our social media platforms and website. These codes must be applied before placing the order and cannot be used retrospectively. FD Community is unable to apply discount codes retroactively to orders already placed, nor can we issue any form of refund if the discount codes were not applied prior to order placement.

While we strive to maintain the accuracy and completeness of our website content, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. We reserve the right to update the website content, listed products, prices, and/or fees without prior notice. Certain content might be outdated, and we are not obligated to provide updates. This extends to product presentations, which may vary from the actual appearance of the products. Such differences do not constitute a valid reason for revoking an order. Some content on the website may be provided by third parties, and we cannot assure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of this content.

If you prefer to finalize your payment immediately or wish to have the parcel delivered directly to the gift recipient’s address, you have the option to pay upfront using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
As soon as our system verifies the availability of sufficient funds in your account and the order is successfully completed, the green light is given to our print house, and your personalized children’s book is promptly produced and dispatched.
PayPal is another convenient payment option for your order. This enables FD Community to begin processing your order without delay. During the ordering process, simply select the PayPal option, and a separate window will open to facilitate this payment method.
