Learn the Foundations of West Coast Swing (WCS)

Weekly group lessons in West Coast Swing (WCS) on Monday evenings.
We focus on the foundations of WCS, which take several sessions to complete; Level 1 Beginner, and Level 2 Improv. Each session is 8 weeks long, and we host 4 to 5 sessions in one dance year (September to June).

We support your dance progress by hosting lots of social events (#FNSF / Themed Socials / Moonlight Dancing) giving you lots of opportunities to dance.  Our dance mantra: Practice = Personal Growth

Salsa Dancing can be a great way to help with weight loss.  The quick fast movements can get your heart racing, and can on average burns off 420 + calories in an hour.

Always remember to drink lots of water when dancing. Let’s Dance!
