Build on your Dance Foundation w/ MOVEMENT MOTIF

Weekly group lessons in MOVEMENT MOTIF – on Wednesday evenings.

These weekly Movement group lessons are held every Wednesday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. They are designed for dancers of all levels looking to enhance and strengthen their dancing in all dance styles.

The “Movement Motif” program is designed to elevate Latin dance proficiency through key elements: posture and alignment, core strength and stability, weight shifting and transitions, and turn technique. These aspects are crucial for executing precise hip movements, maintaining balance during complex footwork, and mastering dynamic transitions typical of salsa, bachata, cha-cha, and rumba. By focusing on these fundamentals, participants refine their ability to perform with fluidity, grace, and authenticity, enhancing their overall dance technique and expressive capabilities in Latin dance styles.
