Graphic Designer Wanted

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Adobe tools: experience working with vector illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Being familiar with other tools in the suite, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Cloud and Adobe Premiere are big pluses.
  • Expertise in commercial design: professional experience designing logos and packaging
  • Other Valuable Skills: web design, motion graphics, 2D (and 3D) animation
  • Reliable internet connection & computer: high speed, reliable connection and at least one backup provider available & a computer or laptop that can handle intense design work (strong graphics card and cooling)
  • English skills: excellent writing skills, acceptable speaking skills
  • A friendly attitude 😊

Responsibilities

  • Commercial work: design logos and packaging for new and existing products we launch as part of the MICASA brand and other e-commerce brands we operate
  • Quality: execute design requests while meeting the MICASA standard of quality
  • ​Team Work: follow quality control procedures – your work will be cross-checked by your colleagues, and you’ll be responsible for checking their work as well, to ensure the team meets the highest standard and expectations

Salary & Benefits

  • $800 per month, paid twice per month ($400) through Paypal in USD
  • Full time position: work 40 hours per week (sorry, we don’t have any positions open for freelancing or part-time work)
  • 2h lunch break: work schedule 9AM – 7PM, with a 2h break between 1PM-3PM
  • Earned benefits: earn additional benefits and bonuses through long-term consistent work (e.g., health insurance, end of year bonus, promotion opportunities, paid training, performance bonuses and more)
