Our dance mantra: Practice = Personal Growth 

Welcome to Next Step Socials (NSS)—a fresh, community-driven dance experience created for those who want more than just steps. Next Step Socials is an extension of our group lesson journey—a natural, welcoming space where students of all levels can connect, grow, and groove together.

Starting September ’25, NSS will be offered twice a month across all our Flying Dance Community locations. This isn’t just a weekly event—it’s part of our mission to help you dance deeper, connect more, and feel truly at home.

Salsa Dancing can be a great way to help with weight loss.  The quick fast movements can get your heart racing, and can on average burn off 420 + calories in an hour.

Always remember to drink lots of water when dancing. Let’s Dance!
