Payment and Return

 

Welcome to FD Community Dance Services. We are pleased to offer you an array of dance products and services through our online portal. However, we wish to clarify our payment and return policy regarding orders made from our website:

1. Order Acceptance:

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to decline any order without providing a specific reason.
  • Your order is only deemed accepted upon the issuance of our order confirmation.

2. Order Review:

  • Before the completion of your order, we present each customer the chance to inspect their chosen product.
  • It is imperative for customers to approve the final product review before proceeding.

 

3. Order Confirmation:

  • Our order confirmation will detail the specifics of your purchase and the total amount due.
  • We urge customers to check the details carefully. If any discrepancies are observed, they must be communicated to us within 24 hours. Non-compliance may result in the dispatch of an INCORRECT product.
  • Delivery timeframes provided are indicative only. We aim to fulfill deliveries in a timely fashion, but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

 

4. Order Modifications:

  • Alterations to orders are permissible under these conditions:
  • Up to 24 hours post-order. Changes must be emailed to letsdance@fdcommunity.com. Due to high call volumes, we advise reaching out to us through email or messaging us on our official Facebook or Instagram profiles.
  • To facilitate changes, please provide either the order number from your confirmation email or the email address utilized during the order.

 

5. Order Cancellation:

    Order cancellations are allowed under the following scenarios:

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order. Email your cancellation requests to letsdance@fdcommunity.com. Given our busy phone lines, we recommend digital methods of communication such as email or messages via our social media channels.
  • If the order has not been delivered within 30 days of payment (or 40 days for residents of Alaska and Hawaii), you have the option to cancel the order.
  • In the unfortunate event of receiving a defective product, customers can choose to cancel within 14 days of product receipt.

    For both cancellations and revisions, the original date of the email sent or message received is used to establish the validity period.


6. Claims, Refund and Exchange Details for FD Community Dance Services

    Claim Conditions. Customers have the right to lodge a claim under the following circumstances:

  • If the received product is flawed or sustains damages, either from the printing process or due to postal service errors. Claims for refunds or reprints must be made within 14 days after receiving the product. Customers are obligated to offer a valid explanation backed with photographic evidence showcasing the product’s defect or damage.
  • Should a claim be validated, customers will be presented with a reprint of the item at no additional cost. This reprint will be expedited using the original order’s shipping method.

      Dance Services:

  • No Refunds: There will be no refunds issued for dance lessons once they have been purchased.
  • Service Exchange: If circumstances arise where attendance to a dance package becomes untenable (e.g., schedule changes), customers can opt to exchange their purchased package for another service within FD Community.

      For instance, if a client has purchased an 8-week salsa dance package and later realizes they cannot attend due to scheduling conflicts, they can utilize
      the remaining balance of their package towards our drop-in lessons that are offered weekly.

  – Physical POD Products:

  • Refund Conditions: Refunds for physical products are provided only under specific conditions and remain at the sole discretion of FD Community.

         Refunds can only encompass the entire product cost or the shipping fees.

  • Processing Refunds: Once a claim for physical products is substantiated, refunds will be processed to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Allow 10-14 business days for processing, though this may extend during peak times.
  • Shipping Costs: Refunded amounts will exclude shipping fees. Shipping fees are only refundable if the product wasn’t received within the predetermined time frame based on the chosen delivery option.
  • Self-inflicted Errors: For self-inflicted order errors post-delivery, FD Community will neither offer reprints at no cost nor refunds.
  • Company Errors: If FD Community inadvertently makes an error during product creation, a free reprint will be dispatched. Refunds will not be provided in such instances.


7. Discount Codes:

    Periodically, we introduce discount codes via our website and social media channels. It’s crucial to apply these codes prior to finalizing your order. FD Community will not apply these codes after an order has been placed, and we won’t issue refunds if the codes weren’t used at checkout.

8. Accuracy of Website Content:

    At FD Community, we aim for precise and comprehensive website content. Nevertheless:

  • We can’t ensure the entirety of our content is up-to-date or devoid of errors. We hold the right to amend our website’s content, product listings, prices, or fees without prior notification.
  • Product visuals might differ slightly from their real-life counterparts. Such discrepancies are not valid grounds for order cancellation.
  • Some website content could stem from third parties. We can’t guarantee the accuracy or reliability of such information.

 

9. FD Community Dance Services Payment & Shipping Details

    Payment Methods:

  • When purchasing dance services, digital, or physical products from FD Community, we offer a diverse range of payment methods for your convenience:

    Credit Card:

   For those who wish to complete their payments promptly or desire direct delivery to the gift recipient, we accept credit card payments. We accept these major cards, Visa and MasterCard.

      PayPal:
      Another efficient option is using PayPal for your purchases. This method ensures FD Community can initiate the order processing instantly.
      During the checkout process, select the PayPal mode of payment. A dedicated window will pop up to guide you through the PayPal payment process.


10. Shipping Details:

At FD Community, your trust is invaluable to us. We prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your physical or digital products

  • Standard Delivery: We remain operational and continue to dispatch as per the usual schedule. Whether it’s a gift for your children, spouse, or a dear friend, place your order with confidence.
  • Delivery Duration: It’s crucial to note that delivery timeframes might differ, contingent on the chosen delivery method. Detailed delivery time estimates are available during the checkout process for your reference.

Please be aware that deliveries to remote locations may take longer than the durations indicated in the table above.

Be aware that during peak sales periods (such as Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may extend beyond the usual timeframe. For the most accurate information, refer to the delivery times displayed in your shopping cart.
