FD Community Dance Services Payment & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing FD Community Dance Services. Below are clear guidelines regarding our payment, refund, and cancellation policies for dance services, physical products, and digital products purchased through our website.

1. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

  • All orders placed through our website require FD Community’s acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to decline any order without specifying a reason.
  • Orders are confirmed via email. Please review your confirmation carefully and report any discrepancies within 24 hours to letsdance@fdcommunity.com.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • You may modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of placement. Contact us via email (letsdance@fdcommunity.com) or through our social media profiles.
  • If a product has not arrived within 30 days (40 days for Alaska and Hawaii residents), you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Defective products can be canceled within 14 days of receipt for a reprint or refund.

3. Dance Services Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: FD Community does not issue cash refunds for dance services once purchased.
  • Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel any multi-week dance package or membership within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, as mandated by consumer protection laws.
  • Service Exchanges: If unable to attend purchased dance lessons, you may exchange unused portions for other FD Community services. All purchased dance passes (4-week, 8-week, 16-week) have no expiration date, allowing flexibility for students to return at any time in the future to continue their lessons.

Class Cancellations:

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled class. With proper notice, the class will remain credited to your account for future scheduling at your convenience.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows forfeit that individual class credit.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If FD Community cancels a class, workshop, or event, the missed class will be moved to the next available dance block or can be made up or exchanged with any of our other dance services, including social events or exploring a different dance style.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • We understand that serious illness, injury, or relocation may temporarily prevent participation. Since our dance passes never expire, you can resume your lessons at your convenience. However, if you’d prefer alternative accommodations, such as transferring your remaining classes to another individual or exchanging them for other dance services, please contact us, and we will happily assist you.

4. Physical Merchandise Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges of physical merchandise are permitted within 30 days of receipt if items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Defective or damaged products must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence. Valid claims will receive a replacement or full refund.
  • Refunds exclude shipping fees unless the product did not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe.

5. Digital Products Policy

  • Digital products, including online classes, recorded tutorials, virtual memberships, mobile apps, and AI-powered agents or tools, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Should you encounter any technical difficulties, please reach out promptly via email (letsdance@fdcommunity.com). We offer comprehensive technical support to assist you in resolving issues effectively and swiftly.

6. Discount Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout. FD Community will not retroactively apply discounts or issue refunds for codes not used during initial purchase.

7. Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal.
  • Payments must be completed at the time of order.

8. Membership and Subscription Services

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly. To cancel, submit a written request (email accepted) at least 30 days before your next billing date.
  • Memberships can be paused (frozen) for up to 2 months, provided you give 2 weeks’ advance notice.

9. Accuracy & Content Disclaimer

  • FD Community endeavors to ensure accurate and current website content but does not guarantee error-free information.
  • Prices, product details, and fees may change without prior notice. Slight variations between product images and actual items are possible and do not qualify for cancellation.

Legal & Customer Assurance

FD Community adheres strictly to consumer protection regulations applicable in our jurisdiction. These policies do not affect your statutory rights under law.
